Senior Prom
John
Marshall Metropolitan High School is hosting their Senior
Prom on Friday, May 22, 2009. There are several school
issues that must be completed before we allow our students
to begin payment for the prom.
Completion of the FAFSA is a graduation requirement.
Students must obtain a signature from Mr. Rowans,
Post-secondary Coach, stating that the form has been
completed.
Completion of forty service learning hours is also a
graduation requirement. Students must obtain a signature
from Ms. Archibald, counselor, or from Ms. Gaters, Athletic
Director stating that the student has completed the forty
hours.
We want
to provide a safe and wonderful experience for our students
therefore we are asking that all seniors and their parents
sign this form below stating that all safe driving rules and
regulations of the road will be obeyed. We are simply
saying “NO DRINKING AND DRIVING”.
There
is a dress code for all students attending the prom. This
is a school function and all students must be dressed
appropriately. If you have a question whether your dress is
appropriate it can be approved by Ms. Butler at any time
BEFORE Prom. Students exhibited clothing that is
inappropriate will be asked to leave. NO REFUNDS.
John
Marshall will call the parent/guardian to pick-up their
student from Prom who is in violation of the aforementioned
rules. NO REFUNDS.
This
form must be completed and returned to T. Butler before
payment of senior activity fees. If you have any questions
or concerns, please contact Ms. Towanna Butler or Mr. Ronald
Bellamy at 773-534-6458.
